If you’d told me six years ago that I’d be a CrossFit coach training for my first marathon, I would’ve laughed. Growing up, I was somewhat of a lazy kid, and I honestly hated excerting myself, especially running. I’ll admit — I was very hesitant to try CrossFit. It seemed intimidating and way too intense. But after my first week, I realized how wrong I was, and was absolutely hooked. It was the first time fitness actually felt fun for me, sparking a passion that’s only grown. I fell in love with the variety, the endless opportunities to improve, and the new skills I get to learn.
As a coach, I’m dedicated to helping others discover this same love of fitness, guiding them to reach goals they never thought possible—all while having a blast.
