In 2006 Jenn Sartor went to a yoga class with a friend and never looked back. She was hooked from the very first class and started a daily practice almost immediately. After several years of yoga practice she was in traumatic car accident which left her with a new, less able body. Yoga helped her overcome her physical injuries and supported her through the healing process. During the physical healing she completed a 250-hour tradition of yoga and philosophy course. She went on to complete the YogaWorks 200 and 500-hour programs accompanied by a 6 month apprenticeship with the emphasis on Restorative, Therapeutic, and Vinyasa Yoga. She then continued her education with a 50-hour Yin Yoga immersion. Jenn's classes are well-rounded and light-hearted with emphasis on alignment, breath work and listening to your body.
