At CrossFit SCV we have trained everyone from beginners to athletes competing at the highest levels. We have learned that through a well balanced approach, you can safely, effectively meet your fitness goals.
This program is specifically designed for people that are new to working out or CrossFit and are interested in the science behind sports nutrition. Why three months? We have found that there are no "quick fixes" and to begin this journey you need to mentally prepare for a commitment of at least three months. In three months you will receive the following:
- A customized diet - whether you need to gain or lose weight, we will teach you how and when to eat. This isn't a fad diet, this is a scientifically proven method that will work 100% of the time. We tell you what and when to eat, all you have to do is follow it.
- Five personal training sessions. Four sessions will cover all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit, Weightlifting and Powerlifting and the fifth session will cover the diet templates. These sessions will be scheduled with one of our Coaches and upon completion you may attend our regular classes.
- Ongoing support. We will be there to answer your late night diet questions and help you figure out how to scale your workouts.
- Final evaluation. After three months we will discuss what went right, what went wrong and how to continue.
