CrossFit SCV is built on the concept that our coaches must embody the principles that they are teaching. Our coaches are all athletes and have their own specialties - what they have in common is their desire to train and inspire our athletes to achieve their goals.
Curtis founded CrossFit SCV with Christy and loves to compete, travel and hunt. Curtis has his CrossFit L1, L2 and CrossFit Endurance certificates as well as POSE running Technique Specialist certification . Curtis is the affiliate holder and co-owner of CFSCV.
Christy co-founded CrossFit SCV with Curtis and also loves to travel and compete but instead of hunting she prefers to spend time with her three frenchies. Christy has her CrossFit L1 and CrossFit Endurance certificates.
Justin enjoys picking up heavy things and putting them down. He enjoys seeing athletes excel and likes to push them past their comfort zones. Justin likes to compete locally and has his CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Weightlifting Certificates.
Jenn is our amazing yoga instructor that shows us how to move gracefully and stretch out all of our sore and aching muscles.
Donna is the person that leaves the motivational message on the whiteboard at 5am - she has a passion for helping people. Donna has her CrossFit L1 certificate and competed in the 2016 CrossFit Games.
Tyler started CrossFit in 2014 as a way to get himself back in shape. Shortly after that he realized that he had found a strong passion for helping others as a trainer. Tyler has his CrossFit Level 1 Certificate.
Andrea is a former collegiate athlete who found CrossFit in 2014. Andrea is all energy and enjoys motivating and challenging others to reach their full potential. It is not possible to not have fun in Coach Andreas Class! Andrea currently holds a CrossFit level 1 and CrossFit Weightlifting Certificate.
Estevan is a dedicated athlete who loves to help people both inside and outside the gym. Estevan loves to compete and volunteers at the CrossFit Games every year. Estevan has his Level 1 certificate.
Harry enjoys lifting weights, competing and coaching. Harry has a USAW certification as well as a CrossFit L1 certificate.
