Here's how it works:
Call to schedule an appointment to visit the gym and take a tour. If you are coming in during a class, and there's room, you can participate in the WOD (workout of the day) that will be scaled to your ability - or you can watch.
You will sit down with one of our coaches and discuss training goals and together, we will develop a plan for your fitness goal. This plan will include how and when you work out and rest, how you eat and what you should expect.
If you are new to CrossFit, you will be able to enroll in our on-boarding program (four one on one sessions with a coach where you will be taught all of the common CrossFit movements). If you have experience, you can enter the on-boarding program or begin taking regular classes.
You will be shown how to use our online calendar and class sign-in page and you will be added to the CFSCV Facebook page where the WOD will be posted daily and have access to our custom app that will store all of your WOD scores, lift maxes and even a leaderboard.
CrossFit 12 month and month to month packages are available and are limited to one hundred members. Once we get to one hundred, we will start a wait list (check here for details). Please contact us for current rates.
This is an all inclusive membership. This includes everything that CFSCV has to offer. CrossFit classes, Open Gym, Yoga, POSE running workshops, Olympic Lifting workshops, Strength and/or Olympic Programming, discounted massage with our in-house masseuse and much more.
So you're a Cop, Fireman, Secret Service, ex Delta, etc. - we offer a 10% discount for our First Responders.
